Like millions of women I have a career, a house to run, I'm a full-time mom and wife. This year at the ripe age of 40 I decided to add more to my plate, but this was more about me. I wanted to start a healthy way of living and relieving stress from the many hats I wear everyday. Reaching out to Virginia is one of the best choices I could have ever made. I have known Virginia since 1997 and I could not think of a better person to help me make this transition. 

I never came into this with goals of losing a certain amount of weight. I did not want any distractions or discouragements so I never stepped on a scale. I could see the difference in how I felt, the tension and tiredness was gone. I would not be honest if I said losing weight was not a priority, because it was. But just as important was feeling good on the inside, with less headaches and back pains from the birth of my son. Working out with VFIT showed me strengths I never knew I had. Pushing the limits and never giving up no matter how hard it seemed, I proved to myself I could do more.
